Xbox One doesn't show NAT type at all

For about a week now I have been unable to connect to Online Matches on Xbox One due to a Teredo error. I have tried many solutions and have spent hours on the phone with Microsoft and my Internet provider. But that is not what I need help with at the moment.
I recently noticed that my Xbox One also no longer displays an NAT type at all. I tried to put a pic up but it wouldn't let me. It normally shows up in the Network option in settings between the WiFi access point I'm connected to and the status of the Xbox
Live service. Before it always said Open, but it also can say moderate or strict. But for me it straight up doesn't appear. Do I need to factory reset my Xbox One or do something else?

Opening my NAT type

Do you know how to change the NAT settings in your router? Look in your manual (if you have one) or on Netgears homepage.

Xbox have a guide you should look at right here:
support.xbox.com/.../nat-type-strict

This should tell you all you need to know and if you think it doesn't, then just write back..

I have the exact same problem. I've had it for a week as well. I can't play any game because they either freeze up and revert back to the dashboard or just don't bother to load. I'm not able to see my NAT type and have thought of doing a factory reset for
the second time in 3 months.

Hi lg! Usually NAT issues are easy to fix (sometimes as easy as just restarting the router/modem. If that doesn't help you can use this guide: Xbox NAT Type |
Xbox 360 NAT Type | Xbox NAT Error (there should be one for your region/language)

Please give that a try and see if that improves the connection.

If it's only with this one friend, it sounds like there may be some type of NAT issue interfering. Are you able make sure that your friend's NAT type is showing up as open? If their NAT is anything other than open, have them run this this

NAT troubleshooter to see if that helps.

NAT Type is what the Xbox sees when its trying to communicate through the router

You can try and clear the alternate MAC address on the Xbox and see if the NAT Type opens after the Xbox reboots

If that doesn't work then you'll want to log into your router and look for the feature usually called UPnP.

Upnp is typically on by default in your router. Choose the option to turn it off, save changes and reboot the router.

After the router reboots. Go back in and enable that Upnp feature, save changes and reboot the router again.

Go back to the Xbox and check the NAT Type and see what shows up there and try a power cycle on the Xbox one if needed if the NAT Type is still unavailable.

Also, the NAT Type can be unavailable if your router can't connect online either, it can't open ports if it can't go online so you may want to power cycle your modem too
