Xbox one doesn't send image to the tv

The Xbox One X simply isn't powerful enough to output pretty much any game at 120Hz, the console will be sending out a 120Hz image, but that doesn't mean that the game will be running at 120Hz.

Its like setting your console to 1080p but displaying on a 4K TV, the TV still shows a 4K image, but that's because the image has been up-scaled to fill the 4K screen.

I'm told the XBox ONE doesn't do 1080i.

So what might be happening is your TV is displaying at 720p but the ONE is upscalling the image?

I tryed with diferents HDMI imputs, cables and TV, but the result is the same, no image. I also tried your steps but it doesn't work

Today I'll send the console to Microsoft. I hope the return me a new xbox one and not the same.

The One may be sending a resolution that your TV doesn't support. Do you have another TV that you can test the One on?
