    Xbox One doesn't restart


    I have been starting to have problems with my Xbox One not installing games updates. The screen would say updating but it would sit at zero percent. To fix this I try to restart my Xbox One. However, my xbox one doesn't restart and it just sits there with
    the light on but the screen is black. I've had to reset it to factory settings a few times over the past year and a half. During that, it again just sits there with the light on but the screen black. I can hard reboot it by holding the power button and it
    helps but I feel like i'm starting to have to do this more often. Any ideas what could be wrong with it?

    My windows Xbox app doesn't find my Xbox One. I tried to restart it three times, no change, and same for my computer. I tried to restart Internet connexion too, this is exactly the same.

    I tried the offline update and it works but after the offline update my xbox request another update with 833 MB and the problem stills, offline update is working but it isn't enought there's always something to update and the question is that "Why" my

    If available can you try and do an offline update. you will need a memory stick and a computer.

    Is your Xbox a newer one or an older one? and are you updating the Xbox over wifi or through a hardwired connection?
