    Xbox One doesn't respond


    My Xbox One doesn't respond, when I turn it ON it shows a split second of the Dashboard Menu and the screen turns black, when I hold the dashboard button from my controller to shut it down,the Turn OFF menu shows up but doesn't responds either. Yes, I turn
    it off manually but it happens again when I turn it ON.

    Doesn't sound stupid at all. I did a reset but it went back to my original problem: no internet access. I now remember why I haven't touched this thing in a year. It says I am connected but it won't connect. You know what's stupid? Thinking that I could
    pop a movie in and watch it, without having to try to download an app to watch said movie. But in order to download the app, I have to have a connection. Currently the console is updating. Again.

    XBox doesn't respond to commands

    This might sound stupid, but it's a common fix for this. Turn the Xbox off, unplug it, count to 30, plug it back in, then give it a go. If that doesn't work, let me know.

    Yup I got the same exact problem. Just started a couple days ago. My schedule doesn't allow me to play often, so I just turned on my Xbox for the first time in a bout a month and a half the other day. And now nothing works. I'm talking to support as I write
    this though!

    when i turn on my xbox one, it doesn't respond to my controller. it sorta freezes, i can move things with controller, but it doesn't respond to anything else, A button to choose any app or game doesn't work. but A button responds only when i decided to turn
    it off. i have to reboot or unplug cords, to make it work again. reboot sometimes doesn't work. but unplugging cords and plug it again always fixes it. it is so annoying i have to go through this process again and again almost every time.
