Xbox One doesn't recognize season pass for fallout 4 and fallout 3 digital edition were ...

I purchased the Fallout 4 Bundle in November which included the Digital Fallout 3 and also the season pass for fallout 4. Shortly thereafter I redeemed the codes and installed fallout 3. Now when i attempt to play fallout three it asks if I own it and to
check the store. Which has a play button that sends me back to the previous error message. It doesn't recognize that i own the fallout 4 season pass. I have been talking to a customer support rep and emailed a picture of the reciept from my purchase. He gave

If you are still wondering Fallout 4 Digital Deluxe Edition is available on the Xbox One. The bundle includes; Fallout 4, Fallout 4: Far Harbor, Fallout 4: Wasteland Workshop, and the Fallout 4 Season Pass.

I purchased fallout 4 deluxe digital bundle and never got my code for Fallout 3 Xbox 360 edition. Please resend.

 

Sorry to hear it. However, as you have a reference number (which shouldn't be posted to the forums) it seems as though support is looking into it. Keep up with them and they should be able to get you sorted out.

You were informed incorrectly. Reference numbers are for phone support use only. No one here can access them as the people here are mainly gamers like yourself.

I'd recommend contacting them again for further assistance.

In the meantime you could try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down
