Xbox one doesn't recognize my gold subscription although I still have 4 months left!!!

We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

Doesn't it matter if the ultimate subscription is on a gift card? Is the current Gold subscription not affected in such a way that I have fewer months left than I already have?

I also have one question that my subscription is 4 months left so if I upgrade to Xbox Ultimate, so will I get 7 more months or it will continue for the same period of 04 months left?
as while payment it is asking for full subscription amount.

So what happens if you still had several months left on the Gold subscription? I was only ever charged $1 for the first month of the Game pass Ultimate so there should have still been something left as for the yearly Gold subscription correct? Currently
ther is no access to anything and nothing refunded.

I think that the complaints are going to increase with the coming months.

Sadly for me there are also no solutions and it seems like I am going to miss out on all the gold games from xbox 360 although I have a valid gold subscription on xbox one.

The support team doesn't seem to give any solutions (in my case and many here).

All we can do is hope this is going to be resolved or else not renewing our subscription .
