Xbox one doesnt load

Trying to sign into my account doesnt load, it goes into a infinite loading screen and my apps also does the same thing... any help this is annoying I feel like I tried everything

Alright. You mentioned that you played the game on your Xbox 360 offline. Are you able to connect it to the internet to play a bit more in your game to progress the story and then re-upload your save to the Cloud? That can sometimes force everything to re-sync
and bring your save more current.

If that doesn't work, what exactly happens when you try to load your save on your Xbox One? Does it give you an error message or code that you could give us?

Hello. I have try the re-upload and it dont work. When i start the Xbox One it dont show any error message or code, it show nothing. And when i want to load my save game ingame it only show my current savegame and not any savegame from the cloud. Maybe you
can tell me how i use the cloud on Xbox One.

If you're trying to import your Xbox 360 character to Xbox One, I'm afraid
that is no longer possible.

Let us know if that's not what you're trying to do.

Hello. No i dont try to transfer my GTA V Online account. I try to transfer my GTA V Savegame (that i play offline) from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One via the Xbox Cloud. The upload from Xbox 360 to the Cloud works. And when i start GTA V on my Xbox One it
should download automatically the savegames from the cloud, but it doesnt load anything.
