Xbox One Doesn't Know I own the game!!!!

hi xbox support,

can you tell me why when I go to play titanfall I sometimes get the message that I need to go to live store and buy the game. I don't have the error code right now, but it has happened to me twice since the new update came in. the game installed on the system
and I have the actual disc as well. the disc is in for a long time before I play it because that is the only game I play right now. so when I am watching tv and so on the disc is still in there. the way I have to fix it is to eject the disc and put it back
in. why is this happening? thanks

Doesn't let me play the games I own digitally

I really need help with my xbox it constantly tells me that I need to sign in with my account in order to play games, even though I am signed in with the account. I don't know if this has anything to do with me sharing my account. Please help

Any way to see a list of games I own?

This tells me which 360 games I own. Doesn't tell me what Xbox One games I own. Looks like I have to power up the console to find that out...

Try performing a complete power cycle on your system and let us know if that corrects any weirdness.

I did the power cycle on it before as well. it fixed it and now it happened again, this time I just ejected the disc and put it back in and it work.

Yes I did but it doesn't say I own that game, It says that I have the xbox one edition of the game only.

The game "Fortnite" doesn't show up in my games and apps nore ready to install it literally doesn't say on xbox one s that I own the game and it's trying to charge me again for something I already redeemed. But on the website for Microsoft under billing
it says that I own this product andI redeemed the code on xbox.
