    Xbox one doesn't give me an error code when trying to update.


    when I try and start call of duty, my Xbox goes to update and it says there was a problem with the update. There is no error code and all it gives me is 3 options.

    1- try again

    2-check network connection (says everything is good)

    3- cancel

    Can anyone help?

    I'm trying to update fortnite save the world but when i try to update it gives me the error code 0x87e10bea. I searched it up but it says the error code doesn't exist

    Hi, everyone.

    My Xbox one doesn't download or update any games and applications. When I start download it stops after a few seconds. Also several applications and games doesn't work. It gives an error code that is not on the site Xbox error code.

    so first sorry if my english is a little raw, when i turn on the console it is giving me the screen whit the error code and two options, first to restart the console, the second is troubleshooting

    in troubleshootin it give 4 options restart, reset, offline system update and to turn off

    it dosn't let me go on offline system update

    when i go to reset it gives me 2 options first to keep my settings and the second to factory, each one i try it gives me the same code error
