    Xbox one doesn't function properly!


    I bought an Xbox One S about a month ago. I have a software issue in which whenever I try to open an application or game, it tells me that it took too long to start. I have entered the error code but that didn't help. It told me that I might have to restart
    my Xbox to get it to work which didn't. I have even factory reset it multiple times but all to no avail. I even have to attempt to open the settings app several times before it actually does and I manage to factory reset it. Even when the store app opens,
    and I try to download a game I have purchase, it doesn't work because the "My Games And Apps" app doesn't open. At this point, my Xbox One S which I've spent months saving up for, is useless. I hope I get help because I was so hyped about this console, even
    unboxing my first console in 8 years felt like a dream. I feel very disappointed, and I hope I don't end up throwing it away and wasting the money I spent. NOTE: I also get minor bugs from time to time which I think are related.

    Profile/Profile pic doesn't show/function properly on xb1

    Profile/Profile pic doesn't show/function properly after doing the latest xb1 update. Not sure why as all other ways of viewing your profile (PC app, xbl website etc) work perfectly fine.

    Just wondering if its the update or an xbl issue or maybe just my console.

    Ergonomically, the 360 controllers are (IMO) vastly superior to the Playstation ones, which essentially have not changed since the PSone. That said, the Playstation controllers have one very important advantage over those of the 360... They function properly
    & consistently. Going completely on design, feel, etc, I'd rather use the 360 controller. But what good is a controller that feels good & fits the hand properly if it doesn't respond properly? What I'm getting at is this... For me personally, the whole controller
    issue is a wash, as the better design has worse functionality. Sure, you can get a 360 controller that functions just superbly every so often, but Sony's controllers function properly every time.

    Sorry to hear it. Although there is currently an issue with purchasing and downloading content at the moment it doesn't seem as though that is what your issue is. I believe that your issue may lie with the storage device. Please make sure that the device
    is functioning properly and is a USB 3.0 device if you're on the Xbox One.
