    Xbox One doesn't find movie rented in SD on phone


    I downloaded a movie rental to my phone last week in anticipation of my flight last night. The flight was too short to finish the film, so I changed it to streaming so I could pick up where I left off on my Xbox One. It does not appear in my Collection on
    the Xbox, even though I have several hours on the rental. I understand that it will only be in SD, but why isn't it showing up at all? The only thing showing up on the Xbox is an expired rental from a long time ago!

    I just rented the Movie Trouble with a Curve, and I could see before I rented it, the option of SD and HD, when I clicked confirm, it did not give me the choice

    of SD, and charged me the HD price. I was wondering why, as I didn't want HD. Thank you

    something is not right

    earlyer today i rented a movie Noah SD download. it did not download, when i went to watch the movie it was not there in my memory or in the downloading que. i got charged 4 dollars and when i try to rent again it says i already have it, but its expired.
    i also rented another movie, it downloaded the other movie

    This app won't let you browse or rent movies from your XBox, you have to rent or buy from a PC, Tablet or Smart Phone in order to watch on your XBox. Yeah, that makes sense...

    Worst thing is that CinemaNow says the XBox 360 isn't a HD device?!?!?! I hope that's just a short term bug. I don't rent or buy SD content and if there isn't going to be HD for the 360, I'll just uninstall the app and continue to buy movies elsewhere.

    It's not looking to me that CinemaNow really wants to succeed on the XBox.

    Ok, so you were using XBOX Video.

    this info page

    and it pretty much says once you select Rent, follow the instructions.

    It didn't say much after that but i'm sure the instructions would have been selecting your version.

    I'll download the XBL video app so I can check it out. I'll let you know what I find later on...unless someone else chimes in.

    thanks! It never gave me an option... after I clicked the first rent box.. HD and SD were in the same box, then the only thing left was " confirm" then it automatically went to the expensive HD price
