    Xbox one does not start.


    Hello!

    Bought my xbox one today and plugged it in as instructions says.

    My power adapter shines with a white light.

    Then i push the xbox button on the console to start the console but nothing happens. I push the xbox button on the controller and it starts to blink with a white light, but the console does not start.

    Do I need to send it on reperation the first day i bought it?

    To add onto what Mr Maka said you can attempt to use recovery mode by pressing the Bind key and the eject key on the console but before that is done you'll need to get the OSUDT for your current version please use the link below for further assistance.

    Hey there M Glotzkowski.

    Sorry to hear about the power trouble on your Xbox One. To check, have you been able to test a different wall outlet? If that doesn't seem to be the culprit, is there any chance you can test a friend's power supply with your Xbox One?

    Hi,

    Since it is brand new, the power brick works well and you just bought it, there might be a problem with your Xbox One. Right now, it is under a guarantee, so the repair is free. I would recommend you to send it back to Microsoft !

    so its goes to a black screen with those options? does it show one for offline system update? i had this same problem when i got my xbox, all you have to do is download the newest update to a usb and it should fix the problem

    What happen as you XBox was updating. Your internet may have dropped too low. This happens alot when playing network games or when XBox is updating.

    Its best to reboot the cable modem and router. This tells the ISP to restore your internet speed.

    Your internet should be more stable and running fast.
