    Hello,

    I have a problem with my Xbox One, after a weekend outside my home, i had the unpleasant surprise to notice in my return that my console does not work any more.

    More exactly, I launch my One and green bottom with the logo Xbox displays but contrary to usually the load is long, at the end of a few minutes (5 min) the green bottom gives way to a black bottom. Who strangely allows during a support extended on the button

    I wonder if it is the MAJ which would have failed or if it has something to do with the mode DMZ activated on my box internet to take advantage of an open Nat.

    Xbox one does not start.

    Hi,

    Since it is brand new, the power brick works well and you just bought it, there might be a problem with your Xbox One. Right now, it is under a guarantee, so the repair is free. I would recommend you to send it back to Microsoft !

    Xbox one does not start.

    Hello!

    Bought my xbox one today and plugged it in as instructions says.

    My power adapter shines with a white light.

    Then i push the xbox button on the console to start the console but nothing happens. I push the xbox button on the controller and it starts to blink with a white light, but the console does not start.

    Do I need to send it on reperation the first day i bought it?

    so its goes to a black screen with those options? does it show one for offline system update? i had this same problem when i got my xbox, all you have to do is download the newest update to a usb and it should fix the problem
