    i HAVE TRIED A WIRED USB KEYBOARD AND MY XBOX ONE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE IT; I REBOOTED THE BOX BUT NO LUCK. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME?

    Buying an external keyboard to my Xbox One, need some suggestions!

    This is incorrect. The XBOX One does support USB keyboards and wireless USB keyboards. I use the Microsoft Media keyboard...

    Do you have the recent update (the one that adds improved keyboard support and the battery indicator)? What kind of keyboard is it? Just a generic 101key USB? Do you have a laptop, desktop, or Xbox 360 you can test it on?
