    XBOX One does not recognize Blu-ray disk


    Good day.

    Have a Blu-ray disc with legal content
    - recording from the camcorder processed and
    written to disk (25GB,
    non-rewritable, verbatim).

    XBOX one say - not a Blu-Ray or DVD disk.

    On a PC play without any problems

    Disk won’t read. Xbox one

    I have an original Xbox one that has started not reading disk. I have tried game disk, dvd, and blue ray. Sometimes I get the can’t read disk error and sometimes it won’t even recognize the disk. Any ideas?

    XBOX One does not recognize Blu-ray disk

    It could be an issue with the disc itself. Not all players will be able to read burned discs.

    Things that NEED FIXING with XBOX ONE...ASAP

    Can we get mass game clip delete, Also need much better Blu-Ray type recognition on Xbox One, there are quite a few Blu Ray movies that the Xbox One just will not play or recognize, the XB1 dose not play home movies save to Blu Ray media and this needs to
    be addressed, our PS4 can do it well on all Blu-Ray formats. The XB1 does a superb job with most any type of DVD's.

    XBox does not recognize any Blu Ray disc movie. I tried other Blu Ray discs and they didn't work too. But when I insert a 4K movie, it plays.
