    Xbox One Does not read any discs


    I've entered both games and movies into my Xbox One and none of them can be read. I hear a whirring sound and nothing happens, brand new games and blu-rays can not be read. This is very frustrating to buy a console for over $600 and not be able to use it.

    Hi - I have just bought a new Xbox after my original one did not read any discs. Please can someone help me as the new one does not either!!!!

    I Updated My Xbox, Now No Game Is Being Read.

    my xbox dose not read any of my discs and i have never sent to reiper or opend it

    Xbox One Does not read any discs

    Sadly, what this means is that your console disc drive is malfunctioning and you need to set up a repair.

    You can do this 1 of 2 ways.

    1) Call 1-800-4-MyXbox and set a repair with a representative

    2) Go to myservice.xbox.com and set the repair up yourself

    Hello yes both of those games are backwards compatible. When you insert the disc does the console read the disc? Does any other disc work in the xbox one console?
