    XBox one does not connect to the Internet with a Browser e.g. Edge


    Goal: I want to connect to the Internet with XBOX-one

    Problem: Since yesterday, all of a sudden the x-Box one does not connect to the internet, i.e. I cannot open EDGE Explorer or other. In MS Edge there is the Message - . I installed two other browsers. They have the same problem, that they do not start
    into the internet, their application does not even start.

    PS.: The WLAN ist working, updating for new apps works also. So in this respect there is a Internect connection.

    Try a hard reset: hold the power button for 10 seconds then press it again to reboot the system.

    Xbox 360 does not support the Edge browser, so it cannot be installed. I believe Xbox 360 has the Internet Explorer browser still available.

    No only internet explorer is browser for xbox 360, however on xbox one they changed the browser to microsoft edge..

    Does this happen only with Edge or all the devices and browsers you've tried? if it is only with the Edge it is probably something that it does not support, but if it is general it is a problem with your internet.

    I have a prepaid code for Halo: Reach and when trying to redeem the code it doesn't work.

    Try Redeeming the Code on the Xbox one or the Xbox 360. If you wish to redeem on the website. Make sure you have the newest version of your browser. May sound bias, but if that does not work try on edge/internet explorer.
