xbox one does not connect the controller

I have 2 controllers for xbox one for the day, but none of them want to connect wirelessly but the cable is going to go after turning on the search for the flash driver but the console does not look. when it is sometimes connected immediately the driver
disconnects again. I tried it on two different and not one. please advise

Xbox One S Bluetooth Compatibility...

The redesigned controller has added Bluetooth to make it easier to connect to a W10 PC. That is all. The Xbox One S does not use Bluetooth to connect to the controller.

Xbox One S Controller

Does the Xbox One S controller connect to the original Xbox One? Like if I got an Xbox One S controller, would it connect and work properly on the original Xbox One? Thank you for reading.

Hey Kyblik,

Sorry to hear about the controllers not working for you, let's try to get this all sorted out. We suggest you try a

Power Cycle on your console by doing the following,

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Looks good, the controller has joined and works. thanks to the advice I would never have thought of disconnecting the source cable to solve such a problem. thanks for the help

I forgot to mention that the controller I'm trying to connect is not an Xbox One controller. Does it work with a controller that is not from Xbox?

If this controller was previously connected to the console but is no longer able to connect, you should repeat the connection process using the console’s connect button.

It does not, but the Xbox One x controller does and can be used to connect with an Android phone for use with mobile gaming you just use the sync button on the controller to connect with your phone.

I would recommend checking the batteries in the controller. Also, try connecting your controller to
the console with a USB cable instead of wirelessly. Does the controller stay connected or does it still show it disconnecting?

please be sure that the Xbox One controller that you got, does support bluetooth, since only the latest model (Xbox One S) does support bluetooth as far as I know.
