    I have downloaded and installed a lot of DLC for my games over the course of a year since I got my Xbox One as a Christmas present in 2014. I haven't been on the xbox 360 generation for a long time as I switched to computer. I have returned to Xbox One for
    the forseeable future. I have downloaded a lot of my games and DLC to the internal drive and after reading that you can't remove the internal drive if the system needs to be sent in like on the xbox 360 you could, to correct this I bought 2 1TB 7200 RPM external
    hard drives which seem to be better than the internal. I have noticed that all the DLC that I moved with the games no longer have their artwork shown in the my games and apps allthough they work without issue, I find this to be very annoying when I am trying
    to complete my collection for particular titles. I have very slow internet 1.12mb's download speed to be exact, so reinstalling a lot of these DLC's is out of the question. My question is, is there a way to fix this without reinstalling them? I have tried
    hard rebooting, as well as power cycling, both without success.

    FossilRecords,

    Any games/apps you have purchased for the Xbox One should show under your My Games & Apps section. If they are installed they will be on the screen immediately upon opening that section. If you scroll all the way to the right, you will see games in the
    cloud/under the Ready to Install section. This should be your complete list of things not installed. For any DLC, just highlight the game, hit the menu button, and select Show All Add-Ons. Hope this helps.

    Hi there DuckTickler.

    What Smwutches said is correct. If you do not yet own GTA IV and purchase it, on your Xbox One console the Ballad of Gay Tony DLC should then show under My Games & Apps>GTA IV>Manage Content>Ready to Install.

    1)On Xbox One, Open Internet Explorer App

    2)One Of The Tabs Should Be/Have BT Hub Web Page

    3)Open Up That Page And Follow The Instructions Before Finally Signing In To Your BT Account

    4)Once Signed In Reboot The Xbox One

    5)After Doing This, The Art Work Should Appear, Hope It Worked!

    Ready to install and homeshare not working?

    Hi Dullman,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. When you say ready to install is this in my games and apps or under the game itself? DLC will not show up in the standard ready to install under my games and apps. You have to highlight the game hit the start
    or menu button go to manage game and add on. Then any DLC will show up under ready to install. On Xbox 1 is that the one that is set to home? If not you would need the account that owns the game signed in then you can access it.

    Any DLC you purchased should work if the
    home share     is set up correctly.

    DLC only working on one account

    I purchased an exo-suit dlc under my profile on the xbox one and when my son logs into his profile on the same xbox one it shows that the exo-suit has been purchased but he can not equip it says thats its available in the games and apps section. Of course
    looking in games and apps shows nothing, it works fine on my profile but not his. Please help do not want to have to purchase the same DLC again just for his profile!
