Xbox One Display Issues

So I'm having a really inconsistent display issue with my Xbox One. It happens every now and then and I don't know how to fix it.

When I turn my system on sometimes it has a good few inches of black space and there is no sound output.

What confuses me so much is that it happens rather randomly. Some days I have no problem and other days it happens so I shut it off and come back in a few hours and its fine.

Display Issues on Xbox One

I was playing GTA 5 one night on my xbox one and I left it on a fuzzy screen all night long because I fell asleep. Ever since then, my TV pixelates very badly and I don't know how to really explain it. I linked a video down below of a youtube video that
I posted showing what is happening. At first, I thought my TV messed up, but I got a new TV and the same thing is happening. So I'm not sure if it is something with the console itself or maybe the HDMI cable but I am unable to find a thread with the same issue
as mine. This only happens on GTA 5. No other game does this.

As you can see in the video, it is pretty much impossible to play and I have no clue how to fix this issue or why it is even doing this.

I think I've figured out the problem. I'm pretty sure it's my TV.
