Xbox One Display Issue

I turned my Xbox on today and when it loaded up the display looked really weird. It was much darker than usual and the whole picture is grainy and not quite entirely there. I tried swapping out the HDMI cable and the problem still persists. I checked and
re did all my display settings after doing a cold boot on the xbox and it still looks wrong. When I go into 'All Settings" and then down to TV & Oneguide, then over to Audio & Video it's shows that it is not reading the HDMI Cable. I'm not sure what to do
from this point. Appreciate any help, thanks!

please try the power cycle steps on this link:

Make sure to wait after powering down until the power supply will at least be orange for 30 seconds before powering on again.

If that doesn't help you may also try to uninstall, power cycle console, and install game again.

Great, there are 2 HDMI port on the console, make sure that you're using the one that says HDMI OUT to TV, also you're mentioning something about a 4K TV, remember that the Xbox one S does not support 4K, now if you have tried this and the issue is persisting,
after trying a different HDMI cable and a different TVs, I'd recommend you to check the warranty status of the console on account.microsoft.com/devices, remember that all Xbox one consoles comes with the benefit of 1 year of warranty, if the console is still
on warranty, place a repair order for the console to get it repaired as soon as possible!

Try a hard restart and change the display settings from the system. Select a different video output and try the overscan in order to make sure that is the optimal display setting for your TV.

Have you tried power cycling the console? Below is a guide on how to do it:

Physically power cycle the console

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Instant-On power mode, the above steps will shut the console completely off. Instant-On mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
