    i have never posted on a forum before my xbox one had the disk drive problem and im looking to complain about it however everyone i speak to passes me on to someone else who in return pass me on again. could anyone tell me who to contact to sort this issue.

    Have you tried other disks in your Xbox One? There could be a problem with your disk drive for the Xbox.

    Buying used Xbox one

    Oh yeah make sure to test out the disk drive before you buy it. Some of the launch xbox ones (including mines) had issue with the disc drive no reading and making a loud buzzing noise.
