Xbox one disk drive problem

I have a problem with my xbox one disk drive. Whenever I try to eject the disk using the eject button, instead of ejecting the disk it starts up the game which is on the disk. If I want to eject a disk I have to unplug the console and use a paperclip to
do it manually. Has anone experienced this problem and are there any solutions? Please let me know

Have you tried other disks in your Xbox One? There could be a problem with your disk drive for the Xbox.

I have a xbox one fat. Since the update last year, i have problem with my disk driver.

When i change disk or change a app for a disk , the driver dont execute. To execute i need press the button eject to Driver back to work

I want a help to solution this problem

WrapWrapper - Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and

I have two Xbox One consoles(bought new, one for my wife, one for myself). Both are no longer playing DVD's/CD's. I don't want to pay to have a faulty product fixed, since this is something Microsoft knew about. I guess once they die completely, we will
move away from consoles and back to PC gaming. We have tried everything, nothing gets them to play our games. We lost a lot of money buying hard copies, the trade in values are worthless. I am very disappointed in Xbox consoles right now.
