    Hi there i just want to know if it is possible to get a new disk drive with a compatible pcb board for the xbox one i got a broken xbox one from my friend he told me he broke the disc drive and through it away with the pcb board so i want to know if it is possible to replace the disc drive and pcb board

    No. That's not something Microsoft sells as they don't allow self-repair.

    It may not be your power pack but rather the consoles power on PCB Board.

    If you have access to one, try a working power pack and if it does the same then you'll know for sure.
