Xbox One disk drive not pulling or ejecting disks

I'm sorry to hear that but I'm afraid the disc drive needs a service if that's the case. It has nothing to do with the software though but the disc drive itself considering that you're hearing a noise from it. I totally understand that you are having issues with the console. The Eject button is on the front of the original Xbox One console right next to the disk drive, while the Bind button is on the left side, directly adjacent to the disk drive, with a symbol that looks like “)))” on it.

Never turn the XBOX off with gears 3. Always eject the disk if it freezes. If the disk won't eject then power off.

This happened to us. We bought our Xbox last year for our kids for Christmas and one week before Christmas this year it wouldn't eject the Battlefront disk. The support team showed us how to eject the disk but the disk drive is gone. They want us to send
it in for repairs for 120 dollars. I'm so angry at Xbox and their shoddy overrated console!!! Instead of giving Microsoft more of my money I bought a PS4 this year and put it under the tree. Let's see how well it holds up!

Hello smrtsnipe,

For this issue, you may have to manually eject the Xbox 360 Disc Drive. This can be done with a paperclip, but is not recommended to be done in game. If your Xbox 360 is still under warranty, you may want to contact Xbox Customer Support and get a repair.
