xbox one disconnects xbox live during multiplayer game play

xbox 360 on same network has no disconnect issues at all..

So after working with support over and over I figured it out. When I got my xbox one I went into my router and put it on the DMZ... I think the traffic from the DMZ is what caused me to bounce over and over... To correct this, I removed my xbox one from
the dmz and just port forwarded the needed traffic. Now I have no issues... Weird problem - hope this helps someone....
