Xbox One Disconnects from xbox live only when my PC is connected to my network!

I just upgraded my PC to one with windows 10 now every time I'm on the xbox one trying to play a game my ping goes to 400ms and I lag or disconnect from xbox live, but at the same time my PC also disconnects from the internet. This never happened until
I changed to this PC with windows 10. I need to find a way to fix this because I cant keep disconnecting my PC from my network when I want to play online.

When I'm playing a game, doesn't matter which one, I get disconnected and it doesn't make a difference when I'm in SinglePlayer or MultiPlayer.

Everything is fine, but when my brother started to play on the pc Windows Live Games we both get disconnected and I have to turn of my Xbox for ETA 5 minutes to get my internet connection back.

If he doesn't play on Windows Live Games, I don't get disconnected, but when he start, it does disconnect.

This is only with Windows Live Games, so the PC downstairs and my Xbox upstairs.

The rest of my internet on my pc stays connected and the rest on the PC downstairs also stays connected, only Windows Live games and my Xbox disconnect.

We are on the same router and both are wired connected.

I have already tried to reserve the cable, changes DNS Servers, put my cable in LAN 1 and the rest out and disconnect my Xbox from the power, so also turn off the power brick for a hole day, but nothing works.

When it says ''Disconnected from Xbox Live'' it means my cable in not located, but i'm sure it's connected, so I have tried another ethernet cable, but without succes.

Slow Game/App downloads when streaming to PC

My games/apps seem to download extremely slowly (less than 1Mb/s) when there is much higher bandwidth available (confirmed via Detailed Network Settings) when I am connected to my Xbox from my PC via streaming.

As soon as I disconnect, the downloads speed up to the expected speed.

Any suggestions - other than disconnect from PC streaming when downloading?

I have rebooted my router & Xbox and performed all the usual troubleshooting steps.

 

Hey there might be a simple solution to this problem. It sounds like you recently got a new computer, if you did and you are using a wireless network on both the xbox and the pc or if one is using an Ethernet cord and one is connected wirelessly they might
be assigned the same ip address. This would explain why everytime they are both connected they soon disconnect and why you can use only one at a time. To check go to settings>all settings>network settings>advanced settings> and you should see your ip address
assigned to the xbox one. To check on the computer you can use windows key +x select command prompt and type "ip config /all" look for the ipv4 configuration that is your computers ip address. If they match that is the problem, sometimes your router will accidentally
assign the wrong the same ip address when a lease ends. Don't if that's the problem but definitely worth checking.
