Hello guys, im having a problem to keep my Xbox One connected to my network. All other devices on the network works fine just my Xbox is the one that is having those issues, randomly disconnecting me from a game or app like netflix.

If i head to the side menu and choose "Restart Xbox" it does solve the problem ... for a while, after some time it happens again.

tired of being disconnected from overwatch and fallout :/

    :)

Disconnected from Xbox Live when playing GTA Online

    That didn't help either...

I just tried to play again and it disconnected me 3 times.

(Yes is does disconnect me completely from Xbox Live)

The first time I could reconnect to Xbox Live immediately after 5 seconds, the second time it showed me the error code "8015190E" then after 30-60 seconds I could reconnect and the third time i could reconnect immediately again.

At first glance, I'm assuming this is a problem with your Networking hardware or even your ISP.

How about this, at that moment when you get disconnected, are you still able to immediately browse the web with another device, like a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or any other device connected to your home's Internet? Once you get disconnected, try to quickly
load a webpage or YouTube video. Or, if you can see your router/modem, do you see any status LEDs blink or go off unusually once a disconnect occurs?

Let's try to narrow down where the fault lies.

Tried that right now, I has able to navigate using my smartphone over the wifi, and none of the LEDs on router turned red or showing something different ... I was wondering if there is any tool I can download to keep track of my internet to see if it when
it disconnects me something happens on PC too or just on Console cause as far as I can see the PC is fine until now

  6. If your other devices still connect to the Internet fine, I suspect there are firewall/port settings that are blocking your Xbox from accessing Xbox Live. You will have to access your router settings, so open up a separate browser window on a desktop/laptop
    computer.

UPnP on your router doesn't appear to be doing its job properly, so you're probably going to have to manually open ports for your Xbox.

Here are some (generated) step-by-step directions to open ports on your D-Link router: Simple D-Link DMG-6661 Router Port Forwarding

    Here is the
official port list on Xbox's support article
for the ports you need opened, as I think that the link above doesn't do them all. I'd cross-check just to be sure. Don't worry, they can be input in any order.

This may take some time, so please have some patience as you go along.

    Hope this helps!

Actually openning those ports was one of the first thing I did so I could have Open NAT ... so those ports are Ok I think.

Xbox One disconnects from live from time to time, and only reconnect again if restart Xbox one.

Is the first device also a router ? 4 ports on the back ? if yes , try hooking the Xbox to it and see how it does....

  10. Try and connect the xbox directly to the modem (you will need to reboot everything ) and test it that way , if it works fine , you know the router is the bad guy....
