Xbox One disconnects from Live every 5-20 minutes, only when I go on multiplayer games

For some reason whenever I go on an online game - GTA V, FIFA 15 and COD AW - after being in a match/lobby/game from around 5-20 minutes I get disconnected from Xbox Live, literally for about 5 seconds, before it connects me back up again and then
it's fine. This does not happen when I'm watching things on Netflix, or on single player modes. It's just annoying because as soon as I get started in a game I get disconnected and it's bad enough that it takes ages to get back into another game (mainly GTA
Online) but I get penalized for quitting early (mainly on FIFA Ultimate Team) and it's frustrating that I can never finish a full game. I have tried the standard things like powering off my router and Xbox One system for a couple of minutes and I've tried
changing wireless connection ports on my router via my laptop and this has made no difference. I'm 99% sure it isn't a problem with my router or ISP as I have never encountered problems with it on other devices (mobile phones, laptops, iPad etc) so I am completely
lost as to what the problem could be. Thanks in advance for any help offered

Xbox one: constant random disconnect from Xbox live

Whenever I attempt to go into a online multiplayer on my xbox one within 5 minutes it will disconnect from xbox live and reconnects instantly after doing so , I've tried every possible solution I can find online and nothing has worked, help please!

Also it's not random times that I disconnect. It seems to happen every 20-30 minutes. I fully disconnect from Xbox Live altogether.

 

The games you write are p2p and not on Servers. So Iḿ almost sure it's your Router.

Does you Router have an option for DDOS Protection? If yes p2p traffic is sometimes classified as DDOS. And your router disconnects.

I had the same Problem until I disabled DDOS Protection on my Router.

What Router do you have.

Netfliy is not p2p so there is no "need" for your router to disconnect

 

I have a Virgin Media Super Hub. I'm looking through it though and it doesn't mention about DDOS protection, do you know how I can find it? Thanks for all your help so far btw

 

I have the EXACT same problem, and the same router! Only difference is, it doesnt disconnect me at all on the odd OCASIONAL day. Other days by 10 minutes gone and it says EVERYTHINGS fine.

 

Another with Virgin Media Super Hub and the same issue. Someone please help!

I am also facing the issue.

Again, I am with Virgin Media, using their Superhub 2.

I get kicked out of Advanced Warfare games 90% of the time due to lost connection, yet my connection is working fine.

Firewall is disabled in my router settings.

I have 2 Xbox One's in my home - both with the same issue.
