Xbox One Disconnects from internet.

Hi everyone,

When I am playing a game on xbox one, my controller starts to flash and disconnect, and then my xbox disconnects from xbox live. This happens everyday. This is really annoying, my wi fi signal is always 75% and the NAT is open. I ran all the test and everything
was normal. Can someone please help me, Thanks.

other option might be what I faced a few months back and the router might be dying. performance slowly dropped until I had no signal at all.

I had the same issue recently. My controller was also frequently disconnecting and then failing to reconnect. Disabling 'Instant On' has seemingly fixed my wireless problems.

 

Same issue here. Haven't heard back from ms either. Did this start after the last update?

 

Hey there. Try holding the logo on the front of your console until it shuts down and unplugging the power cord from the back for 2 minutes. Turn it back on and log in again and hopefully it won't happen again

 

Ha, tried power cycling all the equipment multiple times. Mine works wired so I'm thinking the last update did something to the wireless hardware in some boxes.

 

Did you also unplug it when you power cycled? That clears the system cache and has helped most people that have had this issue

 

Yes, unplugged and reconnected everything multiple times. Without fail, controller light starts blinking, then the wifi disconnects.

 

This just started happening to me a few weeks ago. I also tried the same power cycle and no good results whatsoever. It actually happened to me the first time i was typing this message. AND this is the only post I've found on this issue... looked everywhere.
I have a flicker of hope now that i found this though. Has anyone solved this problem yet? Has there been any good solution?

 

Disregard that i couldn't find anything. it seems lots of people are getting this.
