Xbox one disconnects and shuts off

    Xbox one disconnects and shuts off


    My xbox one isn't even a year old yet and it is disconnecting from xbox live then freaks out and shuts off. Nothing wrong with router or anything there (wired connection) and nothing wrong with power to xbox. Any help would be appreciated.

    Console shuts off when game starts

    having the same problem, when a game is starting the xbox shuts off, if I disconnect the hdmi cable and put the game in it seems ok ?

    Bryant for Governor ad keeps downloading, playing, then shuts off the game and disconnects. Is this any way to get votes?

    With the issue you're having I'd suggest you try running through this troubleshooter. Troubleshoot Xbox One unexpectedly turning off

    I have tried everything that support says and it seems to be getting worse. It's well ventilated, power cord is fine, have changed settings and had it wired for a while now but still getting worse.

    I did disconnect all the other devices when no one was home and it was still disconnecting. IE shutting off the wireless capabilities of the devices, and powering them down.

    Microsoft Elite Controller 2 disconnects from XBOX One X intermittently

    This did not work, I also noticed that if I shut off the XBOX One X it disconnects this controller and I have to reconnect it on startup. This does not happen with my other controllers just the Elite series 2 one.. I'll request a replacement
