  1. Xbox one disconnects and reconnects to xbox live every 15-30 seconds.

So since about 2 days ago I have encountered an issue where my xbox one disconnects and reconnects from xbox live every 15-30 seconds. This happens when the xbox is both wireless and wired to the router. Everything else I own connects to internet no issues
just my xbox one. The only way I found to get around this was to disconnect the router for 30 seconds but eventually the issue came back. Restarting the xbox also doesn't help. Also my nat is open if that even matters. Any insight is much appreciated.

Also heres a video I recorded that shows the issue. (excuse the fact that I recorded it with my phone.) Now imagine this but constant, had the console on for 30 minutes this continued.

    :)

  2. Controller desyncing and Xbox Live disconnecting.

My Xbox One has been repeatedly desyncing my controller and then ~5 seconds later my console will disconnect from Xbox Live. If I'm in a part I can still hear every one clearly through the TV until it disconnects from Xbox Live. The controller will eventually
reconnect to the console and the console will reconnect to the internet. The problem occurs randomly. Does anyone know how to remedy the issue?

Disconnected from Xbox Live when playing GTA Online

    That didn't help either...

I just tried to play again and it disconnected me 3 times.

(Yes is does disconnect me completely from Xbox Live)

The first time I could reconnect to Xbox Live immediately after 5 seconds, the second time it showed me the error code "8015190E" then after 30-60 seconds I could reconnect and the third time i could reconnect immediately again.

  6. You have tried most of the stuff everybody else has (it's about 50/50 on the success rate ) last thing I would try is to go in there and put it in "bridge mode" making it only a modem and hook the Xbox straight up and see if it stays connected, that arris
your using has been the most popular one to fail on here..

Adding on to what Bimnog suggested. If that does work then you can get a good gaming router and connect it to your 'modem' and you should be good to go with your other devices.

Xbox one disconnects and reconnects to xbox live every 15-30 seconds.

Confirmed source of problem. My Xbox One started doing this as well after downloading latest update. ISP is Brighthouse, using their Arris modem with built-in router. If I reset the modem it sometimes fixes it, but eventually the problem comes back. Don't
have any issues with other devices on wifi.

This is exactly the same problem I am having DarkEI1te1337, but on mine its about 4 minutes till I lose connection and then it returns straight away and so I then spoke to Xbox Live to sort this out and the methods were all the same as I spoke to many of
the people in support and it failed so then I spoke to my ISP and they tried adding in the ports needed for Xbox Live and made it as a high priority and also they did something else to try to stop the connection from my Xbox One and from my Virgin Media Super
Hub 2 from losing connection but they all failed and they then asked if I could ask on the forums if anybody else is having a similar issue as after about 4 minutes of playing on a game I lose connection to Xbox Live and then it turns back on again or call
Gadget something. So can anybody help us out with this issue as I cannot play my new games which I got at Christmas without losing connection all the time.

I have this problem as well.

    Lakeland, FL

Modem is an Arris, model: TG1672G.

1 Xbox One device. PS4, Wii U and computer/cell phones hooked up as well.

I don't know if UPnP is enabled. No error codes, in fact when I do "Test Network Connection" it says "It's all good."

    My ISP is Brighthouse.

  13. Xbox one disconnects and reconnects to xbox live every 15-30 seconds.

What you have to do is call your local (ISP) For example bright house

ask them to take a look in your modem

see what needs to happen is an update in your modem, only can your ISP do this

once they do this just reset your xbox one

Microsoft fixed this problem like a week or 2 ago and it only works for the ones who had recently bought a modem/ service

Tell me if this helps at all
