Xbox one disconnecting from live while playing BO3

Hi all, as the title says I'm having issues with getting disconnected from live whenever I play black ops 3. Every game I play I get kicked out after several minutes and disconnected from live for about a second before it auto reconnects. This is the only
game I've had problems with, I tested titanfall and forza6 to check and had no issues.

For troubleshooting help my provider is virgin media and I have a super hub 2 and for now I'm using wireless. I'm trying to get hold of a wire long enough but don't want to go out and buy one just to play one game.

I have already tried opening all the necessary ports, checked I have an open NAT, static ip and put Xbox in the dmz on router. I have also tried a fresh install, cleared cache and remove/redownload profile.

At this point I'm out of ideas for how to fix until I can get my hands on a wire but I don't understand how it would help since cod is the only game I'm affected by this issue unless it's demanding so much bandwidth that it's temp crashing the router?

Disconnecting from xbox live and fifa 19

Is anyone else having disconnection problems whilst playing xbox live fifa 19 on xbox one. Keeps disconnecting from everything anytime whilst playing and says youhave lost connection. Checked router and seems fine . Xbox is hard wired to router

so I've had the original xbox one the very first one that came out and have had no problems at all when I'm playing. So then I go out and buy the xbox one S and I've been having problems with disconnecting from xbox live while playing games. So after I got
tired of it and switched back to my original xbox and I was thinking maybe it was just the xbox one S that disconnects me from xbox live. So like 2 months later i go out and purchase a brand new xbox one X, the newest system out. And after just one day I've
been having problems with disconnecting from xbox live. So can someone help? Why does the very first original xbox not have a problem with disconnecting from xbox live?

 

Exact same thing is happening to me. I play Black Ops 3 for a little bit, and then I get disconnected for a few seconds before auto reconnecting again.

 

Exact same problem except when playing Halo 5. Everything was fine up until this afternoon, now I randomly disconnect every few games and auto reconnect after a couple seconds. It usually happens in the middle of a match. I have Time Warner. Restarted modem,
router, and xbox. My brothers PS4 and all of our computers have been maintaining their connection just fine.

 

Hey everybody, I thought I was the only person having this problem. It doesn't matter what game I play it always happens exactly an hour from the last time it happened. There's nothing wrong with my connection. All my other devices work just fine. I'm guessing
it's the new update because I've never had this problem before.

 

Update: It happened to me again while playing offline on Assassins Creed Black Flag. Wasn't ever happening before the new update.

 

I hope it is something to do with the update and they can fix it, I've tried everything I can and still can't play any games without this happening

 

I won't be on until Thursday but if we don't hear back and it's still happening I'll probably call support.

 

A guy just suggested this to me on Reddit, and I thought I'd share with you guys because it seems to be working for me so far. Go into your router settings and manually set your router to a specific channel. If you don't know how to do that, go to this link

Like I said, it seems to be working for me so far, but I won't be able to say for sure until I give it more time

 

I have tried fixing WiFi signal to a certain channel but still having issues my end unfortunately. I have a cable hopefully turning up Friday so shall see if that eventually sorts it. Still a pain though. What's the point in making consoles wireless if you
have to cable up to go online properly...

 

I'm getting this issue while hard lined directly to the modem as well.

 

Still not been fixed for me as well, thought it was only bo3 but it's happened to me on other games. It's now become an absolute farce and a joke, haven't been disconnected before update for months and now post update been disconnected twice every day. Tried
the troubleshooting steps and still not fixed....no idea what to do to fix it I've tried everything

 

I spoke with microsoft customer support and the only thing we found was that they've been upgrading to IPV6 internet which some routers may be incompatible with.
