Xbox one disconnecting from live every 25-30 mins...

these forums tell you how to connect to xbox live, but I can connect to xbox live, but it just keeps disconnecting. Some times it will disconnect every 10 min and sometimes it will stay connected for 30 min. If I am playing reach online it will disconnect
and it will disconnect when im not playing games.

this is very annoying know my xbox disconnects every 20/25 mins when playing online please can some one help

Hey there Venomz! What are you doing when you get the disconnects (multiplayer? netflix? dashboard?)? We need to get a handle on if has to do with your console as a whole or the specific feature so that we can do the proper troubleshooting.

The first thing I would try would be redownloading your profile. Try out these steps in this order:

-Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items; here's a guide:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete).

-Clear your system cache (use this guide:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache).

-Restart your console.

-Download your profile (use the first guide again).

Let us know how that works for you and we'll go from there. ^_^

Similar problem a lot more frequently recently. I'm getting disconnected from Xbox LIVE on a backwards compatible game on the One and it immediately tells me it cannot connect when I try again. But when I back out to the Xbox One dash it's all still perfectly
fine there. I have to quit the game for several min. then log back into it for it to fix, but this is kicking me off every 30 min. or so now. It was very rare until yesterday.
