    Hi,

    I have an Xbox one, and when I try to play any Xbox 360 games on it, the game will "Disconnect From Xbox Live", and will not allow me to access my profile when it brings up the virtual dashboard, keeps coming up with "Sorry, This profile cannot connect to
    Xbox live, if this keeps happening please re-download it".

    Weirdly this only happens with xbox 360 games, the rest is fine, E.G. Netflix, youtube, any xbox one games.

    Now an even weirder tern is that it works fine on my wifes account who doesn't even hav xbox live.. but not on my account...

    PLEASE HELP!

    Xbox one can't connect to 360 servers

    My xbox one can connect to all xbox one servers, but if i try to play a 360 game on my xbox one, it wont connect to online. I can still use xbox one party chat and messaging but can't play the 360 game online. PLZ HELP.

    You'll need to see about deleting your 360 profile from the Xbox One or try and remove your profile as a whole from the Xbox one and then download your profile again. This will often occur if you've changed your gamer tag.
