    Xbox One Disc Error 0X00000005 Assistance.


    Xbox will not play any disc. Have rebooted, reset factory settings, changed movie disc's all with same Error 0X00000005.

    Just to confirm, you have tried xbox games and also movies, all resulting in it not playing/loading?

    Which console do you have and how old is it?

    I'm having the same problem, with Xbox One console. I got my Xbox One in Nov and the only disk I've used since then is NBA 2K18, no issues there. Other games were online downloads. I've tried multiple different DVD Video and Blu Ray discs, but all display
    "The Thing you're looking for isn't here. We probably don't have it, but just in case, try searching for it." With "Code: 0X00000005, CV: 5fWfqjfnKEuehaEc" listed at the bottom. I try clicking the "Refresh the page" button, but get's the same result. I've
