Best case scenario: Check that nothing nearby the console is pressing the eject button, and that the eject button is not stuck. In most cases, strange system behavior can be fixed with a simple power cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Worst case scenario: the disc drive or something else inside the console is faulty, and would need to be sent in for repair. If your console is still under warranty, you can send it in for repair/exchange: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com

Eject Button was jammed out of the box. Doesnt move or click at all.

There isn't a "physical" button that you press in. It's the eject symbol on the disc drive that you touch to eject games. If it's not working then there's something wrong with the Xbox One itself. Welcome to the club.

xbox one turning on by itself and ejecting discs

My Xbox one just started to do the same thing. I bought it a little over a month ago. The Xbox turns on by itself and when I am in the middle of a game it will eject the disc and takes the disc back. This time my kinect is also doing the same thing where
it turns off or says it isn't connected. I had the same problem with the Xbox 360 slim. The console is on its own little stand and nothing is near the system itself. i am thinking it has to do with the console's capacitive buttons
