    I have a original Xbox one console, that has been great! For the past year I have had disc drive issues where it will not read discs sometimes, I have had it destroy one of my game but cutting a groove in it. I usually can reset the drive my unplugging the power and giving it 30 sec and restarting . Will Microsoft repair this issue for me? Is this a problem on the older consoles? Thank you please respond

    Hey R3D x ToxicZz, I'm afraid from what you've explained and the steps you've already tried it sounds like your disc drive is in need of repair. You can

    schedule a repair     online. What I would suggest doing is running through the
    disk drive troubleshooter     one more time though to be 100%!

    Hi Lucky Striker 2, If your Xbox is still in warranty you can fill out a request for repair and have it repaired free of charge because it sounds like the disc drive is faulty that is causing this issue. However you can try this Disc Drive Solution Guide
    to see if it needs to be sent in for repair.
