Xbox one disc drive not working and of course Microsoft wants me to pay for it

So ingest off work today and want to play my Xbox but when I turn it on it says insert disc but I know I have a disc in already so I try to eject and nothing comes out once I get the disc out manually it doesn't want to suck the disc back in and when it
does it won't read the disc wtf do I do

Opitcal drive Constant loud drone

It sounds like the beginning of the end for your disc drive. Mine did the same thing, now it has finally kicked the bucket. I am one month out of warranty and they want me to pay $125 to have it fixed. Thanks Microsoft.

Disk Drive Error/Fail 5/4/15

Xbox refuses to fix my faulty disk drive that was identified as a bad drive when manufactured because my "xbox is out of warranty". Even though when the problem was first announced and I called and told them that mine was one of the ones listed as possibly
faulty the refused to replace it because "it wasnt broken yet". Now that it is broken they want me to pay 135 dollars to have them fix it for me even though they admit my xbox was manufactured with a faulty disk drive. Anyone have any ideas how force
this issue? I believe they should not force me to pay them to fix their mistake that the voluntarily admit to. Here are some articles where they admitted to there bad manufacturing...

Microsoft Acknowledges Xbox One Disc Drive Issue

This is the exact issue I am having now that they refused to fix before it became a problem and now they are trying to force me to pay them to fix it.

Well bold... forgive me for wanting to always own the game disc after paying $60+ instead of just getting a lease to play it for a certain time with limited selling potential. :^p

Plus that's not the only problem. There are others that adds up to a Cluster *Bleep* by Microsoft. My opinion of course.

One thing I have noticed is that if a do not push a disc into the disc drive hard enough for the disc drive to take it in first time then the disc wont register when it eventually goes into Xbox One. So I always make sure to give the disc a little bit of
good push into the disc drive and disc run first time no problems.

This of course could be a totally different issue to yours altogether.

Off course it will work. You have to change a region to USA in the settings of your Xbox, and everything will work for you. USA is the best supported country for Xbox. You will have to change your paying methods (cards, pay pal) to fit to the USA territory
if you want to buy things. Since you will be changing region in your settings you won't be able to go to German Microsoft store, but to USA one.

Do you have any subscriptions? If do, when you come to USA, and when is time to renew it, you will have to pay with new paying instrument.
