    xbox one disc drive not accepting discs Please help a Vet GAMER


    So i have been loyal xbox gamer ever since xbox came out . So the problem with my xbox one is it is not accepting my discs. it goes half way in and spins and does not go in. I have tried the paper clip and nothing comes out. i have tried to read other threads
    but no one seems to have the same problem i have called tech support and all they had me do was hold down the power for 10 seconds .Now i have to send my xbox one for the second time . the first time i sent it in was because it did not read discs. im very
    disappointed in microsoft because i have had them for over 10 years and received a faulty xbox one. Now i have to send it to mexico to get repaired.My last one was sent to Jalisico Mexico. takes a full 3 weeks .does any one have suggestion on how to fix it?
    do you think something is stuck in there?

    Game Discs not inserting into console

    My Xbox one console has recently just stopped accepting discs and if I try to insert a disc in it does not pull it in and I don’t want to force a disc into the drive have restarted it But nothing, used to work per perfectly fine. Help

    the disc drive in the replacement xbox one console i received from microsoft makes a whirring noise when inserting a disc... only while it is accepting the disc. sounds like it might be the motor that pulls the disc inside the drive. anyone having any issues

    It looks like it is a hardware issue, try to clean the dust to see if it fixes the problem.

    If it doesn't, then I would recommend taking the console to a repair store nearby as I assume it is no longer under warranty.
