    Xbox one disc drive error


    My Xbox recently didn’t turn on, and after testing everything it seems to be the disc drive causing the problem. I bought a new one to replace it but I still get an error even though it accepts discs. I can’t use the original board as it’s fried and was wondering if there’s another solution

    it is absolutely not the disc drive as it is only the one instance where this has happened, also i was told by someone from microsoft live chat to contact the developer, which is 343i, they dont have a direct contact, only halo waypoint, which the post i made
    there was a useless as this one.

    First I would suggest turning off the console and unplugging it for 30 seconds.

    Since you have the disc in the drive and it is asking for a license, please make sure you have the correct disc in and if you still get this error then either your disc is dirty/damaged or your disc drive is malfunctioning.
