    Xbox one Disc and blu ray settings on the all digital console??


    Hello early my Xbox one s all digital console updated the latest version and these appeared on the settings I'm not sure if this happened because i accidentally changed the sandbox ID in the dev settings with a wrong letter without enabling the dev mode
    and resetting the console on the console to factory retail when i ended up in the dashboard where i couldn't play with my retail games and apps since every retail console has a dev kit or mode or simply there was a glitch in the update or something

    Thanks for your update. If your Disc Games are still not launching, try clearing your Xbox One's Blu-ray Persistent Storage. To do so, visit your Xbox One's
    Settings and select Disc & Blu-ray after, choose
    Blu-Ray and then select Persistent Storage and choose the option
    "Clear persistent storage".

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    We understand it is frustrating since the Xbox One S will not read the Blu-ray discs. Now when you try to watch any Blu-ray discs, does the system display an error or message?

    Does the console play Game discs or CDs? Also, please make sure you have the Blu-ray player installed on the console. This is not an app that is pre-installed.

    Please check out the Disc and Blu-ray settings for more information.
