Xbox One dimming while watching Netflix

Really need a fix to this, its not acceptable that blurays and videos are dimmed every couple of minutes. Please tell me there is fix for this.

Dimming screen while watching Netflix on Xbox One

I've heard some people saying while watching HBO GO their screen is dimming. Mine is doing that while watching Netflix. Please help!

 

Netflix Dimming

The new Xbox screensaver keeps dimming while I'm watching Netflix. It's there anyway to completely disable the screensaver? It's getting incredibly annoying.

I moved your post to its own thread so we can tailor our support directly to you. I would like to clarify a few things, have you been able to go over the console's settings? If not you could follow these steps:
Settings> Preferences > Idle Options.


Also, if this doesn't seem to help with the dimming problem we suggest (if it hasn't already been done) a reset of the console
since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps)
Before resetting
your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  
  
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
let's do manual setup.
