Xbox One digitally purchased games not showing up on my One X???

Hey! So I recently purchased an Xbox One X in addition to my Xbox One. Only a small amount of my games have transferred over in the 'ready to install' tab on my One X. For example, I know I paid for Dishonored 2, Kingdom Come Deliverance, and Rocket League
and those games do not show up in the 'ready to install' tab. I tried to transfer them via an external HDD and when I'm in the storage menu on my new Xbox, when I click on Kingdom come it says 'do you have disc or make sure your signed into Xbox live'... I
bought this on my Xbox live account LOL why would I have a disc and yes I am logged in. Please help. The only game to transfer successfully was battle field and madden. This is very weird. Microsoft help.

Why don't the digital games you buy in the game store count for your rewards program.

I purchased battlefield one digitally and it's not showing up that I purchased it in my reward.

 

GTA V digitally purchased problem

i purchased GTA V digitally for Xbox 360 why is it not showing up on my Xbox One

it does not show up in my games and in the store it wants me to buy it again

im really confused because xbox says that games i got in the store should be able to be downloaded to my xbox one

 

Hey there Dude!

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time with the games, Now of course as you mentioned those games should appear on the Read to Install list on your Xbox One X. If they are not appearing there then I would suggest trying to

Remove then Re add your account to the console.

If this is not working then I would look at your games through
account.xbox.com

If you do not see the games through here, Or if you have checked your
Orders as well and do not see them then they were more than likely purchased on a separate account.

To access your downloads, make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase and download the content. Additionally make sure you were not gamesharing or using gamepass to play those games.

Were you game sharing with your family or friend on your old console?

 

Can you go to
https://commerce.microsoft.com and check your purchase history, to see if Rocket League and Kingdom Come Deliverance show up there?

If they are not in the list there, then it's probably that you accidentally made a second account some time ago, and bought Battlefield and Madden with that account, and the other games with the other account. However, with your old console being the "Home
Console" for all your accounts, you would be able to play it with all accounts.
