    purchased the Xbox One Digital TV Tuner and all I can say is its very poor. I get a lot of audio/picture skipping on several channels. Some channels are complete green. Example on Sky News Freeview (ch 132) My Signal Strength is 79
    and Signal Quality is 83 on my Sony Bravia TV. I get no issues with any channels on my TV Digital Tuner, but when I switch to the Xbox One, Sky News is a pixelated mess with Audio skipping. Now my signal strength is good enough, so don’t understand why
    I’m getting these issues with other channels on the Xbox One, but they are fine on my TVs Digital Tuner.

    Even with the TV Booster switched off I get Signal Strength is 38 and Signal Quality is 57, and I still don’t get any Audio Skips or Pixilation.

    I bought this so I could take advantage of the DVR capabilities that’s coming next Spring, but Iam really disappointed with this add-on, as far as I’m concerned its cheap rubbish. I expect better from MS. Also since getting the latest NXE it comes up Digital
    TV Tuner not connected now and again even though it is?

    So far this has only been the downside about my Xbox One.

    Hey there Major Angry!

    Really sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your TV Tuner quality. Have you used the Tuner outside of the preview program or have you only used while enrolled? Be sure you're reporting any trouble or feedback through the Xbox One Preview App.

    You should also have access to the
    Xbox One Update Preview forum where you can report and reach out for support while participating in the NXOE preview.

    As far as im concerned this is nothing to do with the New Xbox One Experience, its more to do with the fact that the Digital Tuner is just cheap hardware that does not do the job properly. Think I'll return it to Amazon and its a useless add.
