    xBox One Digital TV Problem


    Hi there.



    I have installed my TV tuner but I'm having issues getting the one guide to work. Not matter which freeview settings I use the one guide refuses to update the channel listings or the logo's. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and
    managed to resolve it?

    xBox One Digital TV Problem

    I just set mine up today having bought the tv tuner and I'm able to watch TV and I get some info on the channel I'm watching but only "no info available" on the actual TV guide.

    I'm not using a cable connection but just a standard tv aerial connection. Any help also appreciated.

    I'm having the same issue. I'm using Freeview antenna.

    Choosing the OTA Broadcast lineup gives me missing and out of order channels, with programme information.

    Choosing Digital lineup gives me all the channels, in order, but all channels say 'No information available' and have no logos.

    Using the 'Freeview National Lineup' provider makes no difference either.

    Tried power cycle, unplug/re-connect USB tuner, TV settings reset, and factory resetting console - still no luck.

    Got to add a "me too" to this thread.

    Using digital lineup local or national and all channels are there, i can watch them but on guide has no information in the listings.

    Has anybody resolved this problem?? I have the same issue, spoke to customer support and they were clueless.

    xBox One Digital TV Problem

    It seems I solved the problem myself.

    To get it working I had to select "freeview" at the first option and then "Granada freeview OTA digital" as my second regional choice.

    Thank you Grolleh, I did the same, freeview followed by itv ota and now it works at last!! Shame customer support couldnt help but there again it has just took me 10 days and 7 phone calls to get a return label for my kinnect.

    Worked for me, too. Thanks! Switched from Digital to Analogue and BSkyB to Freeview.
