So in your opinion do you think I have a good case to get a refund?

You can try responding to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists and/or try resubmitting the request.

I totally understand that and the fact the system can be abused ruins it for others.its just the fact I was told over a year ago I could not get a refund as the game had been played more than two hours,now it seems the goal posts have been moved.
