    We wanted to check back in about your ability to play Far Cry 4. We believe that our hard-working engineers have gotten it sorted out.

    If you would each be so kind as to give Far Cry 4 another try, and let us know if you are able to play by posting right back here, we would really appreciate it.



    If you are still unable to play Far Cry 4, please include any error messages or error codes that you see when you try to start Far Cry 4 in your post here. If you are now able to play Far Cry 4, let us know with a post here, and HAVE FUN!!

    So this is TWICE this month that this has happened... and I'm now convinced that going all digital-downloads for my games was a mistake. Thanks MS.

    BTW, we bought it, we own it. FIX IT and fix it right this time, or give us our friggin' money back and I'll delete it!!!

    Still not working. Guess if you paid extra for gold this is the quality of service we are growing to expect. Should have just purchased hard copy. Please fix immediately. And Microsoft needs to look into compensating everyone who has had to go through this
    ordeal twice now. We pay memberships and expect to be treated as a valued customer.

    yea so i just downloaded NFSR and Battlefield. and neither are loading up. goes through the whole start process, and then wont load anything. also my previous digital games like madden and AC U wont load my data either been like this for 1 week now........!!!!!!!

    So it's a year later and now black ops 3 is doing it I can't play..... I have a digital copy as well.......

    This is happening with Rocket League currently, I just bought it and after installing it I'm told it can't launch.

    Funny how Xbox Live took the money for it without a problem though.

    same here, I played until a few minutes ago, after closing the game, and I tried to reopen it came out this message that asks if you possess it or not, in addition I noticed that on the store, is shown as unavailable

    same issue as a reviewer we get digital codes as we get the games a few weeks before launch, plus PR companies can just email the codes and the review gets the game instantly. The issue arises when there are server issues and you can't play them.
