XBOX ONE DIGITAL GAME WONT LAUNCH

So today I went to go play farcry 4 but whenever I launch it it says "sorry, we couldn't start farcry 4. If you have a disc, insert it now (0x87de2712)". Its a digital game and wont let me play it this is very upsetting can someone please help me out here,
it took 2 days to download, I have played it before today so idk why its suddenly doing this!!

I have the same issue, I read an article that said the Xbox One will not support Dolby Digital at launch.

The Xbox One does not support Dolby Digital at launch. Microsoft said it will be supported in an update. Here is the link:

Im having the exact same issue. I played it just last night, and now all of the sudden it says "sorry, we couldn't start farcry 4. If you have a disc, insert it now (0x87de2712)" yet i have the digital copy too. Im considering uninstalling and re installing
but i dont want to do all that if i dont need to.

 

I'm having the same problem with Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare.

 

I'm glad I am not alone on this one. I think we will just have to wait it out because it seems like just a few days ago they had the same problem with Fifa

 

Yep, I'm having the exact same problem with my digital version of Fry Cry 4. It's just that game too, Halo MCC which is also the digital version is working fine.

 

same problem..... cant beieve i pay more for these versions,time to go back to good old discs i think

 

This is strange though because 2 of my friends are playing Far Cry 4 right now as im typing this. Every other game works except this one

 

purchase and content usage is limited on the xbox status screen,imagine problem will be fixed soon,it better be!!!

 

same issue as a reviewer we get digital codes as we get the games a few weeks before launch, plus PR companies can just email the codes and the review gets the game instantly. The issue arises when there are server issues and you can't play them.

 

Same problem here with far cry 4. Gta v works offline and that's a download for me. Just called support and Simon advised it's linked to issues with xbox store and check for an update in 30 mins. I should have stuck to discs.

 

people with disc copies can still play right now. It's only those who who have digital downloads that are experiencing this I believe. My friend is also playing but I can't. He owns a disc, I do not. If you search the error code on xbox database it gives
this information: "Problem

You see the following error when you try to open a title on your Xbox One console:

Error 87DE2712

This means we weren’t able to locate the appropriate content in the Xbox Video Store.

Solution

If you have a disc for the title you’re trying to open, try inserting it and launching it again. If you don’t have the disc, we’re having an issue locating or accessing this piece of content. Give us a little while to work on this and try back later."

Needless to say, xbox is having trouble locating our content.

 

I called support, and they are blaming ubisoft servers.

 

same here, I played until a few minutes ago, after closing the game, and I tried to reopen it came out this message that asks if you possess it or not, in addition I noticed that on the store, is shown as unavailable
