    Xbox One Digital game won’t install (Installation Stopped)


    Anytime i try to install a game (Apex Legends) on my Xbox One it tells me that the Installation is stopped. Ive restarted my router, restarted my xbox hard restarted it. Ive tried everything.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with installing a game on your console.

    Does this occur with any other title or app? When you check your network connection, do you experiencing any errors?

    If at all possible, I would recommend that you attempt to use an alternate network, or for heavy download games, try using a wired connection as this should improve your download speed.

    I recommend taking a look at

    I am ALSO having this issue. My xbox hasn't been turned on in a week or so and I went to reinstall fortnite. I have amazing internet and a wired connection. For some reason the installation just keeps stopping and starting randomly.
